How my monthly revenue increased by £300 a month overnight!

With one small switch to my business I immediately increase my revenue by £300 a month and you can do this to.

As I sit here at 6am writing this blog, it’s something I wanted to share with you for awhile. Most of us are really scared to do this, but it’s so simple.

Increase your prices.

As simple as that.

Increase your prices.

I’ll say it again increase your prices.

It’s so simple to do, but we’re so scared because we’re frightened that we’re going to lose customers, they’re going to go elsewhere, their going to moan or you won’t attract new clients. But you’re wrong, they will stay. Okay, you may lose a few, but they may have gone anyway or those clients are just there for the bargain. They’re not there to not pay pay your full worth.

Lest do Maths:

50 treatments a month paying an extra £2 per service is an additional £100.

On 8 clients a day 5 days per week, 160 clients a month is a additional £320.

However experienced or new you are to the industry, charge correctly from the start. Gauge some ideas from other businesses or therapists local to you, but work out your sums too.

  • Your hourly rate; Work out how much you would like to earn per hour.
  • Your cost; work out your cost per service.
  • Your profit; work out how much profit you would like to earn.

£10ph + £4 cost =£14. £6 profit per client = charging £20.

You get paid, bills get paid, company makes money. Even if your a one man band, your company still makes a profit. It’s important for you to earn as well as having a profitable business. This plan helps you do both.
