Skin Focus: Autumn and Winter

As we enter the Autumn and winter months, our skin can become more dull, dry and dehydrated. These top tips will help replenish your skin during these cold months.

SPF: don’t skip the sunscreen! Use SPF daily to avoid sun damage and the aging process. Even though the sun isn’t always out, rays can get through causing long lasting damage to our skin. A minimum of 25 SPF is suggested on the face.

Moisturise: During the colder seasons our skin becomes dryer and more dehydrated. Switch up your moisturiser to a thicker and more rich moisturiser for extra protection.

H20: Dehydrated skin lacks in water and can feel tight and flaky. Make sure you keep hydrated by drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water daily.
