This is a really great place friendly happy and welcoming. I have had back massage on lots of occasions. I have had trainees and trained staff and they are all good . I have learnt why certain massage techniques are used from listening to the trainees being guided . I attended a menopause work shop that was very interesting. I have always had good service from all staff. I have had a facial and manicure all good . Great place to go .

I'm really happy to have completed my NVQ level 2 nails with KVN!

The team were really helpful and I appreciated how flexible everyone was, as my schedule could be demanding at times. They were great with finding models, getting me through all the tests and training as well as having a friendly approach throughout it all. Hand Microdermabrasion Luxury, which was advertised to be 60 minutes. Only lasted 45 minutes. The microderm part is done in 10 minutes. The rest was face mask massage ….. Not happy. I have had previous treatments here and I am happy with them.

The curriculum covered everything from precision cutting to advanced coloring techniques, and I left feeling more confident and prepared to take my craft to the next level. The environment was supportive, and the hands-on training was top-notch.

The service is always top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I came in as a model for one of the students called Monika. She has amazing customer service, lovely to chat too. Always makes sure you are well cared for and asks what you want multiples times so she can get it correct throughout the process. The scalp treatment she did was wonderful and has done my head wonders. Good massage of it too where I wanted to fall asleep because it felt so nice. No water on my face or down the back of my neck which was nice. She did a beautiful cut and pin curl style. Her trainer Natalie also was amazing at teaching her and helping her along the way, when she wasn’t sure what to do she either asked or Natalie stepped in and helped to show her, so the client can get what they want and need without ruining the hair. I fully trust monika with my hair, and the other ladies I saw practicing too. It’s nice and quiet too, with only three chairs in the room, and no front glass where everyone can watch. Brilliant place with great prices too, especially when you are helping someone to get their qualifications and to start their career. Highly recommend to anyone x the photo shows the big pin curls, that were wide tooth combed out after a good few hours of walking through some shops and going home. X lovely lady’s. Definitely going back for more hair treatments and for them to dye my hair, as my mum also got her hair dyed and it was a beautiful colour and all over evenly.
Thank you ladies for making me like going back to a salon as I stopped going and started doing my own hair for 2/3 years due to not liking hair dressers x so really appreciate the place

In 2021 I completed my level 3 AET through Havering Beauty Academy. Katie was really helpful throughout with any questions I had. The process was straight forward and well managed. It was great to be able to get my level 3 AET somewhere that focused in the beauty industry as I will be teaching in this industry it was tailored to my needs. Many thanks to Havering Beauty.

I did a teaching qualification with katie when there were many covid restrictions in place. Katie managed to still carry out the course with zoom classes which were carried out in a professional but yet relaxed manner.
Once the covid restrictions eased I was able to go to the academy to finish my teaching course. I was very pleased with how I was taught and was over the moon to have had passed my course.
I am looking at starting the assessors course this year to complete my teaching qualifications.
Would highly recommend this academy to anyone looking at doing a beauty or hair course.

I had my level 2 beauty training and level 3 intimate waxing with Havering Beauty Academy. My tutor Angelique is one of the most patient, professional, supportive and kindest tutor I ever had, also I got a lots of support and help from Katy who is always there and happy to help even today, any time I go to her with any questions. I already spoke to her to take my next, third course with them which I can’t wait 😍
