You may commonly know this item as a drill, but it’s time to change the stigma on e- files.

An E-file is an electric nail drill, powered rotary tool used for filing nails are removing nail enhancements. A e-file would need specific ‘bits’. These are coated nail drill tips that come in various grits, material, sizes and shapes according to the service that you are proving. 

Filing is time-consuming, but a crucial part of nail prep. You may need to reduce the bulk of the enhancement, reduce the length of the enhancement, or cuticle work. But manual filing chemical strain on your hands and long-term damage.

What treatment will this be done in?

Are use an E-file for most of my enhancement services. I’ll be using an E file for a few parts of the treatment. Firstly, reducing the bulk of the enhancement for an infill. This is where I reduce the thickness shape and possibly length with an E-file. Secondly, buffing or shaping the nail ready for your prep of your enhancement.Lastly for cuticle work and nail prep. 

Correct training and lots of experience in using a E file can be extremely beneficial to your now treatment . I have been trained for over two years with an E-file and use them regularly for all my now services with BIAB or CND plexi gel.
